Check to see which wireless network your computer is using. Are you connected to "guest"? If so, you will not be able to access our databases.
You need to be connected to "HillSpot" to have access to all library resources. If you have not connected to HillSpot before, you will need to register your device following the instructions under "Device Registration".
For instructions on connecting to HillSpot, go to "Hillspot Wireless" and follow the directions for your specific operating system. If you have additional trouble, check with the Library Desk or contact the IT HelpDesk in Duffy 025 or at 508-565-1111.
