Some citations in Google Scholar include the full text, some do not. On the results page in Google Scholar, look at the right side of the page. Look for citations that read like this:" [PDF] from xyz.edu", or "[html] from jstor.org". The appearance of such a link USUALLY means that you can get the full text.

If there is no link to full text at all, you can still try to find the full text through the library's own resources. Search for the journal title, not the article title, in HillSearch to see if the library has access to it.
