If a computer does not let the user log on, or if you suddenly lose internet access, make sure the network cable is completely seated at both ends. Trace the network cable from the computer back to the socket. Note that the socket for your cable might be under an adjacent computer. Push lightly on the plug at both ends to insure that the plug is completely seated.
If the problem persists, ask for help at the Library Desk.
