Check to see which wireless network your computer is using. Are you connected to "guest"? If so, you will not be able to access our databases.
You need to be connected to "HillSpot" to have access to all library resources. If you have not connected to HillSpot before, you will need to register your device using "hillspot setup" network to validate your connection.
For more information on completing the HillSpot setup, go to the IT Knowledge Base and scroll down to "Wireless Network Access" to find the instructions for your specific operating system. If you have additional trouble, check with the Library Desk or contact the IT HelpDesk in Duffy 025 or at 508-565-4357.
