To have the videos play properly (1 click) you need to do the following in PowerPoint 2010:
 
1.       Embed the video (from the Kaltura website). From the PPT toolbar:  Insert > Video > From Website >[paste the embed code in the text box].
2.       Select the created video (click it on your PPT slide)
3.       While the video is selected, “video tools” appears on the toolbar
4.       From the tool bar: Select Playback > and Start = Automatically (from the pull down menu).
 
Now the video can be clicked “1x” for it to play.  If you don’t do this process, you have to click 2x to play any given video.
